Malbec
Red color with black tones of great intensity. When moving the glass, it shows dense tears typical of its volume. With a delicate aroma of red fruits blended with oak. It is round, kind, long, with a pleasant and pleasant sensation in the mouth.
It is a varietal made 100% with Malbec grapes, from long-lived vineyards in the south of Mendoza.
It is excellent to accompany our classic roast meats, and chopped especially with hard cheeses. Due to its versatility it can be consumed “daily” as one of the cuts that “doesn’t tire”

Cabernet Sauvignon
Deep red color, with a spicy aroma, black pepper and cassis. In the mouth we find ripe tannins that give it a body interesting. On the nose it shows notes of vanilla contributed by its aging in wood, of great persistence that highlight all its typicity.
As one of the best-known varieties in the world, in our area it acquires special characteristics given by the typicality of our terroir.
It is special to serve with grilled meats, stews or empanadas. Tables of intensely flavored cold cuts can be accompanied with nuts and cheeses such as Cheddar and Gouda. For those looking for new flavors, it goes perfect with dark chocolates or with high percentages of cocoa.

Syrah
Red, with very elegant violet reflections.
It presents aromas of nuts and red fruit jam.
Intense on the palate, good presence of soft tannins, with balsamic hints that make it complex on the palate and with a delicate balance.
It is a varietal made with grapes from Syrah vineyards in General Alvear, Mendoza.
It harmonizes very well with strong flavors, particularly sausages and well-seasoned roast meats. It goes very well with red meats such as beef, lamb and is recommended for game meats such as wild boar. Pasta and baked vegetables are great options.

Bonarda
Intense purplish red colour. Denotes aromas of red fruits with a slightly spicy background, nuanced with hints of vanilla provided by aging in oak. Balanced, elegant and pleasant on the palate, with soft and velvety tannins.
Bonarda is the second most widespread variety in our country. It has a great yield and is especially valued for its great contribution of color and particular “sweet” flavor with aromas of red fruits.
Although it is a good option for red meat, its softness makes it a perfect choice for white meat, pasta, roasted vegetables or Creole empanadas.

Merlot
Intense ruby color with violet reflections.
Aromas of cassis, cherry, raspberry and truffles.
With a moderate load of tannins, it is round, smooth and long on the palate.
As the second most widespread variety in the world, merlot grapes, in our land, make it possible to achieve wines with characteristics marked by the soil of alluvial origin.

Natural Sweet Rose
Wine “scoop”. Its attractive color has an elegant cherry tone; with an intense and delicate aroma of berries, currants, strawberries, cassis, raspberry; Unctuous on the palate, fresh, with a sweet entry and great volume that allows it to leave a long memory.
Not only to enjoy a toast, or as the end of the table due to its delicate flavour, it also combines very well with cheese platters, well-seasoned fish and baked meat dishes.
